Shipping and Delivery
How long is the delivery time?.
The regular delivery time is between 1-2 business days, but the estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How much is the shipping cost?
Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.
How will my order be shipped?
All items are packed in wrapping paper to prevent damaging and will be delivered in the Rydersclub shippingbox, including a Rydersclub coat hanger.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can request a return or exchange for goods you have purchased up to 14 days after receiving your order. Once your return for a refund or exchange request has been confirmed you can send your items back to us. To send the item back please send us an email at email@example.com and attach your order number to the subject.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must be returned in the original Rydersclub packiging inclusive the related accessories.
- Any products purchased in the Sale or are discontinued and no longer sold on the website, can not be refunded.
- Any items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc) will not be accepted.
- Any items returned covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
- Rydersclub has the right to refuse a return should it not follow our returns guidelines.
Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?
Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded.
When do I get my refund?
Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
I have placed an order during sale, can I return my order?
Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After conformation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
What if my return is not accepted?
The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is contrary our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we can not credit you for it, we will not return it to back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a Paypal payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.
Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as customer.
I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com as soon as possible. In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediatly and your order will be refunded. If your order already has been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order anymore and you have to return your order back to our warehouse.
Will you restock sold out items?
Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However it is possible a sold out size of an item will be back online.
